Surrey Army Cadet Force

   Surrey's Young Achievers!

:: The Surrey ACF Club       -       Founded 21 June 2009  -  "For all with past or present service in SACF"

The purpose of the club is to provide an outlet for members to meet up periodically in a congenial atmosphere where they can keep in touch with the current situation and activities of SACF. To reminisce over past times and shared experiences as well as keeping in touch. Past rank are not used in the Club.

There is a Committee of 4 members (names detailed below) to deal with administration and keeping members informed of events via a Newsletter which will be issued at least twice a year either by e- mail or by post to all current members. If you would like to join the Committee, please let us know.

Membership currently stands at 40 including the Commandant and Deputy Commandant as Honorary members. A membership fee of 10 is levied each May to pay for administration costs with any surplus being used to subsidize events particularly the annual formal dinner at the end of the year. This is extremely popular and the cost is very modest.

Funds belonging to the club are in the SACF Club account, handled by the CEO, and in the event of the club ceasing to exist then any funds left over are to be given to Surrey Army Cadet Force Association for the benefit of the cadets.
